    Justin Baker has an extensive 20-year career in the digital and technology space, holding various strategy, product, and delivery roles.

    During his time at IBM's iX business design division, Justin led the product design and implementation of multi-million dollar programs in the energy and financial services sectors, as well as operating model transformation engagements.

    He has a strong focus on achieving business and technology outcomes through solution prioritization, user adoption, cost reductions, productivity enhancements, and improving customer and business services.

    Justin believes that digital products play a crucial role in defining modern businesses, advocating for the use of creativity, experimentation, innovation, data, analytics, and modern software development practices to ensure competitiveness and relevance.

    Between 2003 and 2010, Justin worked with various startups, including Accel Partners in London, before joining IBM iX in London in 2012.

    He later transitioned to IBM iX Auckland in 2017 and presently holds a leadership position at IBM iX Brisbane, overseeing the Experience Design and Mobile Practice for Australia and New Zealand.

    Justin's educational background includes a BA Hons in English, Theatre, and Art History from the University of Plymouth, and studies in History, English, and Economics at The Cardinal Vaughan Memorial School.

    Throughout his career, Justin has held several key roles in organizations such as IBM iX, Sponge Group, Accel, ITV, Discovery Networks International, Video-C.co.uk, Mean Fiddler Music Group plc, THE 400 COMPANY LIMITED, and Universal Music Group.
